But over the last few years, not one single consumer has asked for a refund or a return. However, if we do receive any, we handle them seriously and work to keep our customers happy by starting the procedure without hiccups.

We operate under a trial policy and make our products and services available to you so that you can try them out before paying for them. This is done for you to be satisfied with our services during that time and to use your experience to make an informed decision. Services like free online support, technical assistance, and much more will be included in this.

Cancellations & Payment

While certain services might be provided for free, others might have fees. If you have expenses, we might charge your payment method either on a subscription basis or for fees. Anytime you want to stop your subscription, you can (but might not) get a refund.

For usage of the Software (or specific products of the software), we may impose fees or a subscription charge, which you agree to pay. If you signed up for a trial, in order to keep access to any content created or made available on the Platform, you might have to buy the Platform before the trial expires.

Unless otherwise specified in the appropriate payment rules, payments will be made in U.S. dollars and will be charged to your account at the time of purchase and when you enter your payment details. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if the payment information you provide is not true, up-to-date, and comprehensive. You give us permission to continue invoicing your account with the updated information we get if you fail to notify us of changes to your payment details. We may attempt to update your payment details through programs offered by your card issuer.

After the relevant subscription period, your payment will automatically renew; however, you are always free to cancel a subscription. Cancellations of subscriptions will become effective the day following the end of the current subscription period. You will be able to access and use the relevant Service until the end of your subscription period if you cancel in the middle of a subscription period. If you cancel your membership or only use a portion of it, we don't offer credits or refunds.
